I have received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not have the ability to easily exchange products. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount. What should I do?

How do I know you have received my returned goods?

As soon as we receive your return we will notify you via e-mail.

Am I able to return items purchased online to one of your Napapijri stores?

Napapijri Retail Stores are unable to accept items purchased on our Napapijri Online Store. Please send it back to us following our Return Policy.

How to return in store?

Standard Return Policy in-store - If you are not entirely happy with your product(s), you can, within 30 days of the date of purchase, return the item(s) to us in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with authentic TAG and proof of purchase.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) in the form of exchange, gift certificate/card or original payment. A full refund in the form of original payment can be provided exclusively upon presentation of the proof of purchase and only on the same payment method used for the purchase.

In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Items bought in official own and operated stores can only be returned to the same type of store (retail or outlet) in the same country of purchase. This also applies to items ordered in own and operated stores and delivered either in-store or at home.

Please note that the items purchased online can be returned exclusively via the online return process described on our official websites.

Christmas Return Policy

Items purchased from 15 November to 31 December can be returned up to 31 January.

All other terms and conditions of the return policy remain applicable.
